IMPORTANT – Products made with Gluten Free flour: You can order cupcakes made with Gluten Free flour, however they are made in a bakery that also manufactures products that contain Gluten. Whilst we make every effort to ensure there is no cross contamination, we cannot 100% guarantee that this will be the case, hence we do not claim that our products are 100% Gluten Free.

Traditional Cupcake Sponge Mix – Free range EGGS, sugar, WHEAT flour, Unsalted Butter, Butter with Vegetable Oil.

Jam & Cream –

• Frosting: Icing Sugar, cake margarine (Vegetable oils (palm, Rapeseed), Water, Salt, Emulsifier, Flavouring; Colour: Annatto, Curcumin.
• Jam: Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Strawberries, Gelling Agent: Pectin: Acid: Citric Acid; Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrates.

Extra Lemony

• Buttercream: Icing Sugar, cake margarine (Vegetable oils (palm, Rapeseed), Water, Salt, Emulsifier, Flavouring; Colour: Annatto, Curcumin. Anti-caking agent E341, Starch (trace), Natural Flavourings, Carriers (Maltodextrin, Gum Arabic), colouring.
• Lemon Curd:– Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Water, LEMON JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE (8%), Margarine [Vegetable Oil (Palm, Rapeseed, Pal Fractions), Water], Maize Starch, Dried Whole EGG, Gelling Agent: Pectin: Acid: Citric Acid; Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrates.; Colours: Lutein, Beta-Carotene: Lemon Oil, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid
• Icing Topper: Sugar, vegetable oil, glucose syrup, Humectants (E420, E422), water, Stabilisers (E413, E415), flavouring, colour (E171), Emulsifier (E472©), Acidity regulators (E270, E325), Preservative (E202).
