How to send your artwork to us?

Two easy ways to send artwork directly to us dependent on the size of file you wish to send.

My Account

You can simply log into My Account and upload artwork directly to your order and products involving artwork.

By Email

Please send to artwork@expocart.com

Please, ensure your name/company name and order number is in the subject line.

Getting your artwork print ready

Delivery dates for printed products is dependent on approving print ready artwork so we recommend following the correct artwork templates to ensure everything is all correct.

All artwork templates can be found on the individual product page under the artwork tab.

Before your artwork goes to print, our team will check your artwork and flag any issues such as resolution, file format and size to let you know if anything needs to be changed however prior to submitting artwork, please ensure you have checked that it meets the artwork template specifications.

Although our team will endeavour to check over artwork for print and will raise any concerns before printing, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors on the original artwork file and it is your responsibility to check the accuracy of your artwork.
