Hello, we're ExpoCart

Events have well and truly withstood the test of time; in fact the world’s first exhibition took place nearly 170 years ago and the number of expos happening each year is increasing all the time, showing no signs of slowing down!

It’s clear why they provide an unrivalled opportunity for businesses and startups across the world, both big and small, to showcase their products & services and build invaluable face to face connections with their customers.

However, with all the huge benefits they bring, we know that organising events is incredibly time consuming and expensive. As well as that, companies have no choice but to use lots of different suppliers, leading to lots of lengthy paper order forms, quotes, phone calls and emails just to get everything sorted.

We believe that companies deserve a better and easier way to get everything they need for their events – so we set out to create ExpoCart – the convenient one stop shop destination enabling you to shop or hire all the products and services you need for events across the UK.

We want to set a new standard as we believe getting everything you need for your events can be done more easily and quickly online. We want to fix this, not only to help companies save time and money but because we feel the industry owes it to them.

To make this possible, we work with a network of leading event and promotional merchandise suppliers to deliver the best products at sensible affordable prices, all in one convenient place.

How it all began

ExpoCart was launched in 2015 by entrepreneurial co-founders, Ryan and Jasmine.

After a few years in the events industry, we were very surprised to learn that little was being done to bring the ordering of event products and services online and into the modern era. We viewed the industry with a fresh perspective so decided to deliver a better experience by working with industry suppliers to launch ExpoCart.

From humble beginnings and starting with just a laptop in a free office space, we haven’t looked back and since then, ExpoCart has served over 5,000 businesses from over 70 countries with their events and exhibitions.

Together, as a team we have over three decades of experience and our experienced sales team will guide you through the order process from initial contact to delivery and after care. We are very proud of our customer reorder rate and our continued drive for customer service has meant we will continue delivering fantastic services for many years to this space as we’re only just getting started.
