Olympia bagged itself a new owner, Manchester Central turned 10 years old and the NEC saw a significant upturn in revenue in response to diversification efforts. We predict even greater news for the industry in 2018, and are eagerly awaiting the new year. While December is relatively quiet in our industry, January will no doubt begin with a bang!

Here’s three exhibitions we’re most looking forward to at the start of 2018:
Autosport International
11th – 14th January, NEC
Now in it’s 28th year, Autosport International is the leading UK exhibition for motorsports enthusiasts and the autosport industry, with both trade only and public exhibition days serving both sectors of visitors. The show comprises 3 separate events, The Racing Car Show, The Engineering Show and The Performance Car Show.
This next installment of Autosport International kicks off the 2018 exhibition scene in a big way, launching the 2018 World Rally Championships for the first time ever. Competing teams will congregate at the exhibition to share pre-season opinions, and there will be further star appearances throughout the show.
The trade exhibition will showcase companies and products the very forefront of engineering technology driving (excuse the pun!) the autosport industry into the future.Bett
24th – 27th January, ExCeL
Bett is the must-attend event for educators, showcasing the future of technology within the education industry and with the aim of improving ability of teachers to teach and learners’ ability to learn.
Bett is a space for breaking-ground in the UK education industry, drawing exhibitors from all over the country and further afield to launch products and new companies. At the 2017 show, 375 of the 800 exhibitors were exhibiting for the first time at this show and a further 103 were start-ups. We can’t wait for next year’s Bett, we love working with first time exhibitors and love the focus on bright and bold branding at Bett exhibition stands!
This UK installment is just one of five total Bett events dotted all over the world in 2018, and as such draws a fantastic speaker and seminar programme from leaders in the industry.ICE Totally Gaming
6th – 8th February, ExCeL
ICE Totally Gaming is the leading international trade event for both physical and online gaming solutions (bingo, casinos, betting and plenty more). ICE is a truly global event, with 30,000 visitors and over 150 countries represented at the exhibition.
The focus for ICE is on new product launches, of which there are hundreds at the exhibition each year. ICE is also a hub and meeting place for the major players in the gaming sector, drawing industry professionals from all over the world and offering a fantastic networking opportunity for visitors.
