Colloquially dubbed Ally Pally, Alexandra Palace is a stunning grade two listed venue in the UK’s capital, London. Situated in Muswell Hill, the venue was originally built in 1873 as a public centre for education and entertainment and in the 1930s the venue was used by the BBC for their brand-new TV broadcasting empire. Today, the Great Hall and West Hall are used for exhibitions and trade shows, such as the London Model Engineering Exhibition, The Building Trades Show and Vegan Life Live. With entertainment still a large part of the heritage of the venue, shows, plays and theatre productions are regular attractions. With views of the London skyline from outside, inside Alexandra Palace is just as impressive. The Great Hall holds a capacity of 10,250 while the more compact West Hall holds 2,500, making it a unique space for businesses and brands to connect with their networks. The Palace has its own train station; Alexandra Palace Station making transport easy while Wood Green is the nearest tube stop to the venue at just 20 minutes from centre Piccadilly Station. Having hosted everything from the Brits to the MTV awards, Alexandra Palace is a historical British landmark when it comes to exhibitions and trade show venues.
